• IEP special education paperwork (if applicable)

• Proof of residency (utility, cable, or phone bill) dated within last 30 days if this is your first time attending Richmond School

• A copy of your child’s birth certificate
  
  Children must be age 4-5 on or before Sept. 1, 2025 to be eligible to attend 4K or 5K. If you know a neighbor or friend that has a child in this age range and are new to the area please have them contact Jennifer Sevcik at 262-538-1360 ext 307 to register.
