Richmond has worked through our Continuous Improvement plan which was focused on four main pillars:  Learning & Academics, Engagement and Communication, Operations & Finance, and Safe & Orderly Schools. Within each of these pillars, our District has achieved many goals to evolve and improve for our community and the children we serve.
